Media Release

One of the primary objectives of the All Voices Community Choir is to allow choristers the opportunity to perform in a variety of public venues in our community. As a result it is impossible to completely control situations where a chorister may be photographed or videotaped in public. There are situations when we can however control media exposure such as a direct request from media, and what is published on our website, social media or other publications, in terms of images, video, of our choristers. It is fully understood that in these limited situations you may not wish to be included in these publications. Please choose from the following statements regarding these limited situations described above. For Minors, we do ask that a parent respond to this on your child’s behalf.

I consent to being photographed, interviewed, videotaped, and allowing the use of my name in conjunction with formal media request and AVCC publications and events.

Refunds

Refunds of Membership Fees will only be issued if the request is made prior to the end of the term trial period.* A refund request should be emailed to the Treasurer at [email protected].

Refunds will be calculated as follows:

Payments made for one term (either Fall or Winter) will receive a full refund.Payment made for the whole year in September (discounted rate) but the person decides not to come back for the Winter Term. The refund will be the difference between what was paid, and the non-discounted single term fee.

Music Loan Policy

All Voices Loans Music to members in good standing for only the active term. Music is handed out within the first weeks of rehearsals and returned within 1 week of a performance. Failure to return all music can result in delays in processing my membership and other disciplinary actions.
